My alt-itis has literally rendered me unable to play WoW. I sit at the screen, looking through characters, logging in and then switching characters. I just can't decide! So I need YOUR help. Help me pick which character I should stick with.
Here's the choices:
Blood Elf Hunter Level 70:
The good: Well, he's already 70 and has his kara key. His next actions are to run a bunch of instances for gear upgrades so I can start signing up for events. Also, he's in a raid guild already that's got a good size population.
The bad: First problem is he's a hunter. Hunters and warlocks have been leaking from my guild right and left because they never get to sign up for anything: They are just too damned common.
Also, I don't like hunter CCing very much :P I'm not horrible, but I'm not great. I'm intimidated by the idea of taking him in raids someday, where there's a good possibility of me wiping a whole raid if I mess it up :P Hunter CCing can be stressful and sometimes go wrong even when you do everything perfectly.
Human Paladin Level 52:
The good: She's a paladin, meaning she can spec healing or tanking, both of which ensure she'll get spots in parties. She gets nifty gear, big melee swords and platemail is cool.
The bad: Paladin leveling is slooowww :P Also, healers are fairly common, tanks are much rarer. Paladins can tank, however! I *hate* tanking :P I've specced protection twice now and couldn't stand tanking, as much as I tried to push myself to learn to do it. Also, she's only 52, which means a ways to go. Also, I hate PvPing with her.
Human Rogue Level 65:
The good: Almost 70! Being a sneakysneaky is fun, she's entertaining to quest with. She's the best of the three in PvP. She's pretty fun all around, lots of slashing in instances.
The bad: although she's nearly 70, she's got quite a ways to go to catch up with the hunter. She has no 70 blues nor epics, she has no kara key. Also, she's yet another DD, which means that it may be hard for her to get into things. She's also not in a raid guild currently like my hunter is, which means I'd have to find a good one of those.
